PERSONALIZATION of a Greeting Pen =  YOU WRITE the 4 messages!

It means that each time someone clicks the pen, one of the 4 lines you write show through the "window" of the pen as the message tube rotates one message turn with every click.

ANY non-collegiate pens on our website can be personalized.

To personalize a pen, simply fax us (615-790-1530) or email us your order at sales@greetingpen.com.  We must receive these orders in writing because we will print the 4 messages onto the pen exactly as you write them on your order.

Some of our pens are specially produced for our Personalized Pen Program.  These pens are waiting to be filled with personalized messages.  Any of our non-collegiate pens can also be made into personalized pens.  To do this, we must remove the original message tube and replace it with a personalized message tube.  Therefore, we must add an extra fee of $0.10 per pen in addition to the regular personalization price for any pens that are not part of our Personalized Pen Program.

Our Guarantee & Return Policy:
Our pens are high quality writing instruments.  We guarentee the quality of our products 100%.  You will be pleased with the high quality ink cartridges, smoothness and overall feel of our pens.  Additionally, when your pen eventually runs out of ink, you can receive free ink refills for your pen by filling out our ink refill request form. All pens are shipped with black ink.

If your pens do not match your original order, we will be happy to correct our mistake by any means possible. To ensure the best quality service please make sure that your order is 100% accurate upon submitting it to us.

If we are in error, we will gladly accept returns. Please check your personalized order very carefully when it is submitted to us for processing.  We will print your pen messages exactly like you submit them to us:  we use your spelling, punctuation, grammar, etc..  We will pay shipping for the return of your personalized pens if we are in error. To obtain authorization for returns, please email us at sales@greetingpen.com or call 1.866.478.7367.  Also, please be sure to return the entire order (each pen sent to you).  No refunds will be issued for partial returns.

 2.  Status Of Your Order/Rush Processing/Rush Shipping:

After your order has been successfully submitted for processing you will receive a confirmation email to acknowledge the receipt of your order.  The total amount that is charged to your credit card will be at the bottom of your order confirmation email.

Our standard processing time for personalized pens is 15 business days.   Our RUSH PROCESSING time (available for an additional $19.95) for personalized pens is 5 business days.  RUSH PROCESSING expedites the manufacturing time from 15 business days to 3-5 business days.  If you are in a hurry to get your pens, you may also want to add rush shipping in addition to rush processing.

Standard Shipping:  Please allow 3-5 days for shipping time via FedEx ground delivery.  If you wish to add rush shipping (FedEx 2 day or Overnight Shipping) or have any other questions, please email us at sales@greetingpen.com or call 1.866.478.7367. 

3.  Placing Your Order:

If for some reason you are unable to place your order online, we will be happy to accept your order over the phone.  For personalized pen orders we will need to have your order in writing by email or by fax.  We only accept VISA, MasterCard or American Express as payment for a phone order.  When in doubt please email us at sales@greetingpen.com or call 1.866.478.7367.

 4.  Signing for Your Package = The Special Shipping Rule:

When you place your order, please be sure to choose a shipping address where someone will be present to sign for your package.  We require a signature for proof of delivery on all shipments that include personalized pens.

5. Samples
Please email us at sales@greetingpen.com or call 1.866.478.7367 if you would like to receive a sample pen.  Please understand that this will be a generic sample, not a sample created especially for you.

he information collected on this site is only used to service your account and ship your order.  We will never sell or rent information about you or your purchase to any outside agency or company.
